What are some televisions that actually look good?

Vincent L asked:

I’m looking for a moderately–to-large sized television that is not just black and shiny, but actually has some design philosophy put into it. Any suggestions/resources.
Okay, I understand that you all want to show me what you think is the best TV for the money, but that is not what I asked for. I’m looking for reasonable quality, yes, but in a television that looks elegant and designed. Think of a Mac versus a Sony PC. I want the Mac of televisions.

I have digital cable with a set-top box in the family room. My other 3 televisions have basic Comcast cable?

asap10252 asked:

If I connect a converter box to those 3 sets, will the picture be digital (crisp clear) and will I still get the same channels? The channels are a little fuzzy at times and the televisions are 10-15 years old.
Woulnt i have to run cable wire from family room to the other Televisions in the other 3 rooms?
